Hi,
If you want to change the block header style, you can choose from the available ones
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/
Then select it in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/lPso5kme
Please correct me if I misunderstand and provide more specific details about what exactly you want to achieve.
