When using the extra filter menu for a block https://prnt.sc/irrQo6g3jLSN this requires the block to have a title. If there is no title set, a default title placeholder will be used. The solution would be to disable the categories filter for the block https://prnt.sc/Jc7aqIIU7vp2 which will remove the default title as well. Or do you maybe want to keep the filter menu? Because it could be done with some CSS.
