Block with "Most popular over last 7 days"-filter shows wrong articles

Hello, I use Newsmag 5.1 on an up-to-date installation of WordPress 5.8.2. On my homepage, I use a block 14 to show the most popular articles of the last 7 days. Since I don’t use jetpack, I chose the “theme counter”-option (screenshot). I already enabled the Ajax Post view count inside the post settings (screenshot) and the 7 day post sorting inside the block settings (screenshot). My problem: the block shows always super old articles, but sure not the most popular postings of the last seven days (screenshot). I’m not sure, how I could fix that. Thanks for your help!

Hi,
I just made some tests and for me it looks to work correctly the 7 days filter -> https://i.imgur.com/0H5qrmu.png maybe you have other plugins that interfere. Can you make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the posts displayed are correct.
Thank you!

Hi Calin, I disabled everything but the tagdiv plugins (screenshot). Still the same situation (screenshot). Is there a way to see inside the mysql database, which posting should be on top of the most read list?

Hi Chrissss,
In database are stored only the post view count, and base on them there is a filter made with code that should check from most viewed posts only the posts from the last 7 days.
If you want I can take a look at this problem. For this please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com please provide wp-admin and cPanel access. We’ll check it as soon as possible. Also include the link of this topic to can identify you.
Thank you!
