1. You can edit the single post template and edit the caption https://i.imgur.com/osgRw00.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/vE0kGJY.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/swFAb37.png -> https://i.imgur.com/96NS8Ak.png
2. You can use the custom code CSS for blockquotes and set the custom code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS.
