Odd behavior that if I hover over any part of an individual blog entry on a block, the title hovers effect state is triggered. Shouldn’t it just trigger when I hover over the title? As it is now, it leaves the user to think that they are in a click state, when they are not.

The hover is set for the whole module, not the title

Once you hover anywhere over the module the title will change color. That has been the case as long as I can remember, I can’t say if there will be modifications in the matter.
Ok, it’s confusing as a user navigating a site. That behavior honestly doesn’t make sense. It’s simply unusual with no benefit.
Don’t know what to say, it has always been like this, there were no suggestions to change it’s functionality or complaints, that I know of. We may have considered modifying it if the need arrived.
