When I enter the backend of my posts, some of the blocks are getting invalidated.
Not sure what is triggering this.

Maybe the posts that you made were made in the classic editor. You can accept “Attempt Recovery”.

It’s happening on many posts, so going 1 by 1 with attempt recovery its not possible
