Is it possible to not display a block (title) in a sidebar if there are no posts found with the filters I chose?

Sorry, but the theme does not have any such an option for it. You should do it yourself through the code for the certain block.

Please keep in mind that functionality does not exist in our theme and if you want to implement it you should do it yourself through the code. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
