Blocks on Home Page

Hello

I have recently purchased Newspaper theme this month however I was not able to set the home page as per the theme.

Could you please help me with setting up the Blocks on home page (not the sidebar). Sidebar is appearing from the widgets section however on the home page I am not able to set the blocks. My Blog is http://www.dheerajsoni.in

Please help.

In order to have a homepage, firstly you will have to set it from the WordPress, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LEFP4nXUx and then, using the Visual Composer, you can customize your homepage as you like.
