Blocks title border

In visual composer I added blocks, add title.
In design tab i m unable to add border, i set border color and other settings but setting not implement. Even save the settings, design tab remain same default settings.
How i add border with titles of blocks.

Please provide more details as to where exactly you wan to add this border on the block. You can choose from these available header styles for the blocks – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/
