I selected a sidebar for a page from the wigitized sidebar option. The tagdiv blocks are vertical instead of horizontal http://gomerblog.com/pics/vertical.jpg
Any thoughts on this? Thanks

I assume this happens because of child theme so try to deactivate it, clear all caches, purge cdn files then test again.
