Hi, two quick questions regarding blocks.
1) Can I create my own custom blocks and register them to the available ones?
2) Can I define different block number depending on the screen dimensions? (tablet or phone or desktop). In other words if I can display lets say block 1 for a specified area when I am in desktop and block 2 when I am in phone.

2. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this, you can only hide them via css for screen width.
