Is it possible to set up a certain category with specific functions.
I would like to make a specific blog page with the comment option enabled. On the other pages it should be disabled.

Pages can display comments if enabled in the Theme panel->Template settings->Page template

That is the general setting, then you can set it by page

As a side note, if the page uses the latest articles template the comments will not be displayed.
