Blog post page not loading (backend of wordpress)

Hi guys, the back end of my wordpress is not loading properly when I go to post a blog. I have no idea what is causing the issue but I cant post any media, and the visual / text tabs are not operating properly, plus all the text I do write is in white font on backend. Also, when I go to upload a feature image, it takes me to another page to upload in wordpress instead of bringing up my media library.

What can I do to fix this? (pics below)

Hi,

This problem can cause by a plugin, please try to deactivate all plugins that are not tested on our theme ( https://www.screencast.com/t/Um62kqr3oiW ).

it was ultimate add-ons for visual composer. thought I deactivated that one already.
