I do not see blog’s feature image thumbnail while i share them on WhatsApp. This issue occurs for random blogs.

In screenshot you can clearly see that first blog has no thumbnail , while the second one has.
I confirm that both blogs are created in same way and both have featured images.
Will the image size matter ?
Please let me know the reason.

For the featured image option to be active you will need to install SEO Yoast plugin. This will allow you to have the featured image.

SEO Yoast plugin is already installed.
Like i mentioned above, thumbnails appear for few blogs only. This is my concern.

Hi iponwire,
Just make sure that all the post and pages that you share has a featured image and the settings are made as in our guide, also in some cases is take 2-3s until the featured image is set, this depend on the size of that post.
If there is still a problem make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem please provide us a link where we can inspect this problem.

The issue was with the size of image. Images above 300kb cause problem.
