Hi,
We have a problem displaying the banners we call from the “Custom Ad” field in the Theme panel, which we want to display inside the pages.

It’s about 970x250px banner.
The following happens:
– The banner is displayed, but
– The theme reduces the original size of the banner to a width of 640px and increases it to 970px ….

1. Header banner we call from “Header Ad” – It is Ok
2. In page banner (same file) is blurry / We call it form “Custom Ad 2”

We can set banner in page to be sharp, but only with “Raw JS” element, but the problem is that it doesn’t exist in the div tag editor.

3rd example: In article AD, same file as for 970×250 Header banner, we call form “Article Bottom baner” is responsive on W=640px and it is ok

Is the problem in the “Custom AD” fields or…?

THX for help,
Vladimir

Hi,
When the ad is set in posts/page content, then yes, the ads will be the size of that content width (640px) and when is without sidebar, then is bigger and will be display the max-width of banner (970px) -> https://i.imgur.com/9kXLZbb.png.
Also all fields for ads from theme panel are made the same way, therefore the code need to work the same in each way it is set.
Thank you!

Ok, maybe we didn’t understand.

Look this page> https://www.tech-lifestyle.com/tech-lifestyle-home-page-2021/

1. Header banner we call from TagDiv theme panel “Header AD” is 970×250 and it is ok

2. Banner on the bottom of this page is blurry, although it is the same file as in the page header banner.

I already wrote in a previous email that I suspect a problem in the “Custom AD” fields, also in element “Ad Box” which form some reason resize banners to smaller dimension, and then display it in dimension we set… Final result is blurred image.

Hi,
Now I understand what you mean, the image from footer seems to be somehow optimized by some plugins and this extra parameter https://i.imgur.com/fs6tZil.png that is added is making the image blur (that image seems to be use for amp version), if that extra parameter is removed the image is ok https://i.imgur.com/E5pZ4yJ.png
Please make a test only with tagDiv plugins enable and see if the problem persists.
Let me know the results!

Hi,
we try all combination, but nothing…
Header AD and In post AD work, but Custom AD positions NOT as well…

There is one solution for better banner display, Raw JS element, but not as final solution because TAG Div Composer don’t have it es element we can add.

Hi,
I do not think that this is the problem, if I’m right the problem is related to a plugin, most probably to Jetpack plugin, I think that you use some options to optimize de images, please make a test, disable this plugin, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
