Bold article titles on blocks

I want non-bold fonts for my Block Article Titles and Post Titles. I keep trying, but for some reason they keep showing up bold. This didn’t happen in the past. Is there new coding in the latest version of the Newspaper Theme that’s making them bold?

Please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also please provide more details about your problem with some screenshots for a good understanding about what you want to achieve. I need these for to be able to provide a more accurate response.
