Bought a license in 2016, have been using it ever since. Last month I moved to a new server, re-activated my license and now my site shows this:

So I bought another license, but I can’t get into WordPress to actiavte the new one.
Why was I forced to buy a new one?

I reset the license key and it shows as activated. I also updated the theme, but the front page still displays the error image. Clearing cache and using an alternate browser still shows the error.

If the problem is still persisting please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, also make user that you have the latest theme version 11.2, normal the users with this version should not have this version.
Also when you send the email, please include the link of this topic in that email to can identify you, also please provide wp-admin and cPanel to can investigate the problem.
