Boxed width adds color to the header

It looks like the boxed layout ( when we pick a background color or image ) adds that color to the header as well which was not the case with the previous versions.

Can you please fix this.

can you show me an example on your site, i have tried on my install I don’t see it, maybe I’m looking in the wrong place.

perviously the extra space in the header used to be white
