Breadcrumbs not showing "Primary"

I have an article named “January 2019” that has “Rent Reports” chosen as the Primary Category. The other categories are “Atlanta”, “Chicago”, etc.

The breadcrumbs on the article is showing as:
Home > Atlanta > January 2019
not:
Home > Rent Reports > January 2019

How do i change the breadcrumbs so that it using the Primary Category, not the choosing the category from an Alpha order?

disregard. i found the solution:

When editing a post, there is a setting under Post Settings to specify the Primary Category (not to be confused with where you specify the Category in the WP interface).
