Hi,
I have this website Medicine.com.au.
I have the following page I’ve created: https://www.medicine.com.au/advertise/
But then when I go to use the Tagdiv editor to edit the page it hangs and doesn’t load and shows this error. The theme and all plugins are up to date.
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Then I can’t access the page to make edits. Literally no edits have been made to this page in months.
How do I fix this?

Please let me know if you have installed a plugin recently, or updated a plugin.

No new plugins installed. But yes I updated all the plugins on the site today before discovering the problem on the page I wanted to edit.
I’ve read that page and I’ll be honest, it’s a bit beyond me to try and fix. Is this something one of you guys will be able to fix?

We can take a look at this and investigate the issue. Please do a full backup to all files and databases and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
