I bought your theme few weeks ago. Due to some technical reasons (I hosted a WordPress instance in Digital Ocean droplet) my website is broken. I try to resolve the issue with the company, but i don’t see light at the end of the tunnel. If i make a new website from scratch will i be able to use the same license? Thank you!

Hello,
Yes, you can use the same license, but first, please reset the license from that domain from Newspaper -> system status and delete the theme.

I have no access on my WordPress dashboard. I didnt mention that.
