Hi,
I noticed a bug when WP top admin bar is visible all the time even to non-registered visitors. I tried to deactivate all the plugins and it turned out the cause of the issue is BuddyPress.
I’m not sure when this issue first appeared, but I think few days ago there were no problems. Could it be connected with BP update that happened recently as far as I remember? Would you please look into it?

Hi,
Please check the through the plugins settings screen, maybe you have an option enabled – https://www.screencast.com/t/yIjfhlvPlS that allows logged out users to see the toolbar.
