Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.

That solution is not, not everything is fixed by turning off, uninstalling and reinstalling.
The solution was a rare option and that makes one of those errors be created because it is only in English, at this point it should be possible to use several languages in the TagDiv menus.
The solution is an option in TagDiv that I show in the screenshot, it is the number of subcategories that it shows.
