Have ads in content top and bottom that I’m turning off for mobile and tablet portrait, but they’re still showing up. Checked the cache and cleared browser cache but I’m still having the issue. Can’t think of anything else that could affect this, so seems like a bug to me. That sound right?

Yep, still happens without plugins; disabled everything but VC.
The code is from AdZerk but it’s regular responsive AdSense ads that show up on the site.

I have also checked and tested this using the latest theme version however I haven’t found an issue related to this. I believe that this happens due to your code which needs to be a google adsense ad otherwise the panel ad settings will not apply: http://screencast.com/t/BfR3LMEHjuZ

It is AdSense being used, but through a third party vendor. Sucks if that’s the case. What’s the best way around it then?

We plan to add options to the ad system in a future update, until then a solution may be to look for a plugin who can handle your type of ad or modify the theme code which is not an easy job.
