For some reason, the mobile version of the menus shows duplicated items which do not appears in the menu’s administration.
Hello 🙂 here is the link !

More information for you: for some reason, after the last editing of the menus, the old items remained attached to the bottom of the new ones. I have already tried to recreate from scratch the menus but the problem persists. Browser cache cleaned constantly after any update.
The issue happens both on desktop and mobile on:
-Safari 13.0.3
-Firefox
-Chrome
Thanks a lot to you for your support 🙂 !

Hi,
I’m tinging that you are referring on this ->http://prntscr.com/pyn2o8 if the menu is look normal in Appearance>Menus, the this is a plugin conflict, lease deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi Calin ….all plugin deactivated and reactivated manually with no results, the duplicated menu items are still there in frontend. You want login details?
…Cannot find solutions online 🙂

I am having the same problem, I have deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache, I have only left the Newspapper plugins but in the mobile menu the categories are duplicated as shown in the picture of the previous colleague. Can you tell me how to fix it? Thanks.
I’ve been trying everything for 3 hours and the only way to not show the duplicate categories in mobile, is activating the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and only the WordPress menu is shown. (the words are shown in capital letters). http://prntscr.com/pyn2o8
Hello!
If you followed our documentation from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ ; you should have known that you don’t need to create subcategories for that menu.
Now, what you have to do is access your menu from Appearance -> Menus and delete the subcategories you have added. Check if the root menu item used does not have sub-menus.
Thank you!
