Hi,
I am using autoload articles feature on my website. There’s a major bug. The first article loads fine but a lot of times the second or third or fourth article doesn’t load properly(this occurs to any single random article). At the bottom of the article content, I have tags and share buttons which do not show or load with the article and sometimes half the article doesn’t load. After a couple of minute, it starts showing the remaining part of the article.
Please help me with this issue. It terribly affects the user experience.
Thanks..
Hello @Prateek !
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
I tried deactivating all the plugins, but nothing changed. I am attaching a video recording. Please have a look. You can see the last article is only loaded half. It seems the extra content has been loaded but is hidden from the viewport. Like we use overflow: hidden; in css. IDK. Please show this to the developers.
I’ve found that the content is laoded but not shown. Seems like some viewport issue. When I zoom out in my browser window, the hidden content shows up. I’ve attached another video to demonstrate the issue.
Hello @prateek !
I just got back to you on March 3:https://prnt.sc/j1uYDnoTKgKS
We could investigate the issue you have and help you efficiently.
Thank you!
Yes, then you asked me another question. You can see above?
Do I have the latest theme plugins on March 6?
To this, I replied on march 6 itself with the answer- Yes, I do (I do have the latest plugins, themes). But the you didn’t provide any solution even after I told you that I already have the latest version.
The problem wasn’t solved and you replied after two days. Today. March 8.
It’s still not solved. I will request you to have another look at the topic and the video I provided and help me resolve the problem.
Thanks
If you cannot help me without my server and admin credentials, please let me know.
I have already explained the issue in great detail in the video recording. But if the developers still can’t figure it out and see it and need all the credentials, then I am sorry.
I manage my own VPS through SSH(command line interface) with 2fa enabled, no cpanel with web interface. So I can’t share server access with you.
