Bug in “Enable filter on mobile” for CPT loops

Hi TagDiv team. We’ve been using the CPT flex loop and filters on a lot of our sites recently and LOVE the functionality. We do believe we’ve found a bug, however. When “Enable filter on mobile” is checked (turned on) and you view the page on a mobile device, the entire content of the page disappears. When that is unchecked (turned off), however, everything displays properly.

This is happening on THREE separate sites:

Here are three separate screen recordings that show the bug:

  • We’re able to get around this now by just leaving the “enable filters on mobile” unchecked. But wanted to report this as we think there will be times in the future where we’ll need that functionality.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I checked, and the issue seems to occur because these are not set in a separate row. Please place them in another row, and the problem should no longer appear. Also, for mobile, the filter appears here -> https://i.imgur.com/zB668sr.png. If you hit the button, you will see the filters option.

    Thank you!

BTW, I highly recommend that you mention this limitation / design decision in your documentation on that particular block if you can. 🙂

    Hello,

Ok, I will update the documentation. I understand that the issue was resolved, right?

    Thank you!

No, it’s not resolved. We just decided to NOT check the “Enable Filters on Mobile” checkbox as way to get around the issue.

    Hi,

We can take a look, so please email us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and cPanel access.

    Thank you!
