Hello,
There is a bug in header template 12, the default color is defined as .tdi_22_388_rand_style{background-color:#4db2ec !important;}

But from General > Background gradient (I am unable to set gradient)
Also from CSS > Background Color (I am unable to set color)
(Althrough I checked through inspect element the property is applied, but not getting correctly overridden by the default css property for header template 12)

Hi,

So you are using the header style 12 and you are trying to change the the header color and this is not changes? there can be 2 possibilities:
1. There is set a a class on the body in theme panel that is overwriting the theme panel settings -> https://i.imgur.com/XiIqyUv.png
2. There is a custom header that has a strong css and this can not be overwrite be the settings from theme panel.

As a solution to change this color, you can use custom css, also if you provide a link where I can inspect this header I can provide a better answer.

Thank you!

Hi,
I understand that there is custom body class and other manual css ways to fix the problem.
But my point is if we have given options in cloud template settings (tagdiv composer) for background color, then it should work from there itself.
I am attaching image for your reference both images are representing same elements but with the default color is coming from theme style, while Tagdiv composer is modifying different css class for red color (#dd3333)

This installation I have setup on localhost so link is not available.
But if you want to replicate the issue, use Template 12 and try to modify the top header background color.

Hi,

Only pages and cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library can be edited with tagDiv Composer and standard templates as header style 12 can be edited using the settings from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/8iBxDZh.png -> https://i.imgur.com/jyVMrwP.png

Thank you!
