If you are referring to modal image/lightbox option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/ first make sure that you have set the modal image enable in theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/q5fpll on Gutenberg you can use this setting -> https://prnt.sc/q5fqq8 if you use the classic element make sure that you have set the class for modal image -> http://prntscr.com/q5frma
If there is still a problem, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
