First of all, im very happy whit V6, i made a clean install and set Video style for my site. Everything works like a charm. But now Webmaster tools its showing errors on Structured data.
What can i do? i dont like errors on webmaster tools 🙁

Keep in mind you will get a bunch of errors when changing ANY theme as your site is technically serving “pieces” of both themes at same time while Google may be looking at it. This is why some folks use a “maintenance” plugin while doing major changes.
So, I would likely clear all errors in webmaster tools, then check the next day.
I often run into this. Initial panic, then the ‘oh yeah’ moment. 🙂
Might not be what you’re seeing … but try that first.
