How can I privately share bug reports. I see many other theme vendors providing “private” fields, where things are visible only to the staff. I would like to show these issues to you, but I wouldn’t like the fact to leave the videos with all my content available online for others to see. I know I can delete my videos later, but I don’t want to chaise them when you download them etc etc etc, I have other work to do. It’s true for the questions as well. I do not feel OK to share support queries showing my private work here on the forum. How can I contact the support without doing so? Other vendors have “private” fields in their forums, so the screen shares etc are hidden, while the question remains public. That way the solution can be found by others, but the actual private projects will remain hidden.
