Under the IE 10 browser and Firefox v40 is bug display posts featured image using STYLE 6 or STYLE 7.
I cleared the cache but still same result.

Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and and see if you still have this issue. Also disable all js/css minifications. I have checked this using the latest theme version and did not found any issue on these browsers. Also you can check our demo and see if there is a problem too.

What I did:
-I turned off all plugins except of Visual Composer
-I removed and re-installed the Visual Composer
-I removed and re-installed the theme Newspaper
-I cleaned the cache in Firefox

Please remove custom css code(if you have any css code there) and also try check this without the header ad and see if it is fixed.
