Bug

This only happens to me for custom added sidebars and special characters in their names. Any chance for a quick fix on that?

Thanks

Hello c.schwalm,

We had reports of such behavior when sometimes the widgets area gets stripped of content, but this is rare and in specific cases. We have not been able to recreate this issue on our end so we cannot say for sure why it is happening. Maybe there is a specific plugin or combination of plugins that causes it. Our theme does not have any sort of code that can remove widgets automatically from the widgets section.
You could try to increase the system status parameters by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
And there is also the WordPress conflict regarding the widgets area. If you use special characters such as
{}:”<>?,./;'[]!@#$%^&*() or other language specific ones inside your widgets area, the widgets will get stripped by WordPress.
Unfortunately, we do not have any fix for this case. This has been added on our list of improvements and we will consider this in future updates.

Thank you for your message!
