I’m facing an issue with 2 extended shortcodes : “Text with title” and “Column text” using tagDiv composer.
When I add one of those 2 shortcodes, the text by default “Html code here! Replace this with any non empty text and that’s it.” appears, but I can’t modify it as nothing appear when I click on “Edit content”. See screenshot : https://www.screencast.com/t/D1eBqKIM

Did it work before? maybe you installed a new plugin or did something just before the problem happened. Is it happening in a new page? Try with a different browser as well.
Also your WP editor does not look properly it seems, it would be like this

Are you using any plugins to extend the WP editor or any related plugins for it? Deactivate them if that is the case. You could deactivate all the plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Check if that solves the problem and let us know.

Try fiddling with the settings, maybe you can identify which one is causing it. I am not familiar with that plugin unfortunately.
Speed boosters may cause problems in some cases, not all plugins work with them.
Hi Simion. Actually, I did not come from this plugin. I am facing this issue again. I really don’t understand what happened here.. moreover it worked before, but I don’t know how. So I did this :
1. Disable all not required plugins
2. Clear all caches
3. Re-install tagDiv composer
4. Clear all caches
3. Development mode on cloudflare
4. Try shortcodes, both on old/new page : no working, on firefox / chrome and windows / linux. It’s just the “edit content” part. I can put title and play with other features from the plugin.
It seems to happen for me as well, I tried it like this. I used a text column element with some text in it. I then saved it as a shortcode

If I then place this shortcode in the same page or a new page, it seems to be empty

I believe that is what you are experiencing as well. I will add this issue on our list and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
The issue is gone, one more time. I don’t understand. By the way, I did what I wanted to do.. and this issue seems to be very random.
