I configure main logo and on the index page Its on the menu
I click contact link, page load but image not there
I look address image and page try to load a false address why ?
I use HMWP and never met this before – nup = wp-content/uploads
Real logo config address working on main page index :

I launch contact page and it try to load image after the page address :

Ensure that you are using the latest theme version without any untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, check your logo image to be right load at your media library if you want to achieve the best theme result.
