I don’t use the word “bug” loosely, but not sure what else to call these:
– Whenever I change CSS _of any kind_, the Top Menu resets, and whatever is set as the Top Menu is unselected
– The “Custom CSS” panel in the Themes Panel has “blanked” twice now

Well you should not use the word bug looseley as most people tend to. A bug is something that happens to ALL of the users. We do not claim to be bug-free…far from it, but a major bug usually end up as the hottest topic on this forum. Whenever there is a major bug, you only need to access the forum and you will see lots of topics with the same issue. That is clearly a bug :). On your end this does not happen so I think it is safe to say that it is a local issue on your end. Probably a plugin conflict. If you have any further strange issues, the debugging starts with the plugins. Disable all plugins except visual composer, and very importantly: clear all caching, and purge cdn files if you use it. Then if the problem is still there, check for custom code in the theme panel, child theme or the theme files. If you use a chuild theme and want to debug an issue, it;s best to simply switch to the main theme for testing.
