Building a layout for CPT archive page

Hi there,

I am looking to build a custom layout for this custom post type archive page: https://staging-qxmagazine.kinsta.cloud/listing/. I selected a cloud layout under Newspaper > Theme Panel > Template Settings > Archive Template, but the layout of /listing didn’t change.

Please could you advise how I apply a cloud layout for a custom post type archive?

This seems to be the same problem as in this post. Support was provided to this customer via email, but I am curious to know what the solution was. https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/my-custom-archive-does-not-have-the-option-to-be-edited-with-tagdiv-composer/

Hello @dc1!

For the moment, the only solution will be to set a custom link to a page -> https://i.imgur.com/2Qql0Yu.png on that page you can set the loop or flex element and filter it after the CTP

It’s very confused that can’t have customized archive page for CPT but custom taxonomy have. 🙁
