Hello,
I’m currently working with the following page for our team members:

But I’d like to modify it so that there only pictures on the about page and the visitor is able to click to move to a more detailed page of information for each employee.
Can I do this with the template or do I need to create separate pages for each employee?

Hello,
You can do it fairly simple. You will need to create separate pages for each employee and then use for example an image box element or a single image that is linked to the page for each employee. Use the tagdiv composer and the elements provided in the plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
