Hello,
I need to create a product page where the price per item drops when buying in bulk. I have three price tiers for each product: quantity 1-4; 5-9; 10+.

Hello,
You need to use a plugin for this type of bulk pricing. This is a plugin free https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/, but is not tested with the theme, but you can try it.
