Please provide more details about what bulk CSS you refer to, this is generated by a plugin or the CSS from the theme.

I generated CSS for some pages with the theme function, I would like to bulk remove every the generated CSS from every page.

Hello,
The CSS ANALYZER creates files for critical CSS which can be deleted only manually (FTP/cPanel).
Those files can be find in this path wp-content/td_cache/td_analyze/css
