Could anyone give me a temporary fix to the bullet point situation? I realise that the update will fix this but I need to publish items in the next couple of days. Any ideas guys? I’m a novice when it comes to code so please be friendly!
Oddly they seemed to work when I did some in the visual editor, but not in the text editor. But then later on they did work.
So, Newsmag stock = bullets don’t work for me.
Newsmag running WooCommerce, bullets work.

You can try simply using & bull; temporarily …. (no space after the ampersand)
This forum has the same encoding issue as the theme, ironically. If I put the ascii code for bullet in the code box, it converts it into an ISO element, and prints in in the text box. Argh.

I was using the bullet code in place of un ordered list for the woocommerce setup using newsmag, then discovered with WC running, the bullets were visible in un-ordered lists; they don’t indent properly (no indent on second/third lines of text), but at least the bullets are visible.
I am going to blame this behavior on the custom code modifying the display of the visual editor, as I don’t have issue with lists on Newspaper where the customization of the divider line and whatnot are not part of the theme mods to post pages.
Hoping this works better in next version of theme. My one “peeve” with Newsmag right now as this whole thing with post pages is “intrusive” and not helpful.
is there a fix to this. I need to indent my bullet points as well…
