Is there a setting to change the button hover color?
I’m surprised that all buttons inherit the “Theme Accent Color” as the default state.
I should note that I’ve tested this on several test installs and it never changes the border radius of any button. Definitely not the header buttons.

It seems it does not work, thank you for mentioning this. There seem to be some problems after integrating the multi-purpose plugins with the composer. We try to test all the settings but some may be unintentionally overlooked. It will be fixed for the next theme update however.

Not a problem. You have a great theme with amazing support. I try to take the time to submit “bugs” to help improve Newspaper.
As far as the hover state on buttons, I’m referring to sitewide. For example the 404 page (off the top of my head), that needs custom CSS.
Those default buttons will inherit the theme accent color as hover color. There is no setting for them specifically.
I believe 404 page templates will be added in the cloud library plugin so they can be designed as you want.
