I believe this is on our list, as it was suggested before. Currently the button doesn’t have such a setting unfortunately.
You could create a button in a text element – http://prntscr.com/mgcoft also use a plugin such as this one to set the nofollow for the link

There may be other ways of doing it besides this one. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is there a way to edit the code of the button all together to always include a rel=nofollow attribute? I use the square button if that makes a difference. I only use the buttons when leading to an affiliate link and would love to have this always be the case. I don’t want ALL my links to be nofollow, just the affiliate. I have two different sites using your theme and one of them isn’t on the version with the tagdiv composer yet so I can’t use your suggestion above on one of them.
