Buttons are disabled through out the theme, theme functionalities are failed

Hi Team,

After installation of purchased theme, I am trying to use the various feature of a theme by clicking on the available buttons. But the buttons are not active as they are not generating any output after clicking the button.

for example: in order to change the header style, search position, theme logo, font and all other features via theme panel tab, I am trying to click on the given options.

But these buttons are not responding at all. Changes are not reflecting upon the button clicks.This theme is activated under the valid license. Request you to fix the issue on high priority.

I have tried using different browser versions including older as well as newer version, but the theme is not responding at all.

This problem is throughout the theme functionality/buttons.

I am trying to press buttons throughout the theme but these buttons are not generating any outputs.

Let’s take a scenario, I am trying to make changes but buttons are not allowing to do so. After clicking on the required button I am trying to click save button. But buttons are in disabled mode. Just like you are trying to press the electric switch and it’s not producing light, and you are continuously pressing on off button which is not giving any result.
