Hi, every time I make modifications to my site, such as editing the sidebar content, installing a plugin, etc, it takes minutes, if not hours for the website to update publicly–especially in desktop viewing. Can you please advise as to whether this has something to do with the theme’s structure and code? I look forward to your prompt reply. Thanks!

Hi,
That would indicate a caching issue. Maybe you have a caching plugin installed or caching service provided by the hosting. Usually the cache would automatically clear itself when changes are made to the website, in order to serve fresh content. Check if you have a form of caching active, and see the settings that it provides.
