Hi,
All the cache plugins (W3 Total Cache, WP Fastest Cache etc.) in the dashboard says “Not Available” In the description it states “Plugin is not available on our system due to performance, security, or compatability concerns. Please contact support with any questions.”
Could you please advise how to move forward?

Ask your host to allow caching plugins. Or get better hosting provider.
Theme doesn’t manage your hosting company choice.
