I’m using WP Rocket, that is quite expensive as you know, and I’m using it also for caching.
In the Newspaper Theme panel I see the line:
Caching plugin – WP Rocket – we recommend WP super cache
So I would like to know if it’s really better to disable WP Rocket caching and use WP super cache or not.

No, if you have the WP Rocket plugin then you do not need to use WP SUPER CACHE.
