I am trying to create a features and specs of mobiles on my website like this one. http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_lumia_520-5322.php

I need to know what things i need to achieve this. I currently understand this model like.. I have to create a custom post type and template. Then some CSS. But this again doesn’t help me in creating comparison tables. ANy idea?

You could try to find and use a plugin, like Ultimate Product Catalogue Plugin or similar.
