1) The theme has an option only for Smart List 6,7,8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/f6LmyF5Gvzx You should edit the theme core files regarding on Smart List 5 if you want some ads through it. notice that is not a simple task and this feature is too sensible and the theme can be easily broken.
