Can i add class to Releted Article ?

I had a related article on the post, it displays three articles.
the first article and the second article has a small image, and a third I want to change the image size to large, has a different size to the first and second articles.

If you want to manage your Related Articles images, please notice that you can do it from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/xjv1XpVN All the settings which allow you to change the Related Articles layout can be found there. If you want to make any additional customizations and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
